- £26,000 per annum + the opportunity to earn a bonus of up to £1,000 per year
- 37.5 Hours Per Week | 7.5 hour shifts Monday - Friday between 8am and 8pm | 1 in 3 Saturdays (9am - 2pm)
- Start Date: 5th October
- 6 Weeks Training with our dedicated Learning & Development Team

What You'll Be Doing
- Speaking with customers by phone and email (inbound & outbound) to really understand their situation
- Having honest, supportive conversations about finances — including income & expenditure reviews
- Agreeing realistic, sustainable payment plans that help customers get back on track
- Reducing worry and building trust through calm, clear communication
- Identifying vulnerability, signposting to advice services, and ensuring fair outcomes
- Getting it right first time by working compliantly and delivering great customer experiences
- Regular 1:1s, huddles and coaching
- Ongoing feedback so you always know how you're doing
- A team that genuinely cares about customers and each other
Requirements

- Experience in an Arrears or Collections role
- Previous experience supporting vulnerable customers in a regulated environment
