Job Description

We are seeking Customer Care Professionals to support inquiries related to our Business Cards for commercial customers. As a member of the Commercial Servicing Network, you will serve as the "voice" of American Express and play a vital role in delivering Relationship Care® through inbound customer interactions.

In this role, you will build meaningful relationships with a diverse range of Business Card Members, including business owners, entrepreneurs, executives, and employees. By understanding each customer's unique needs, you will provide personalized solutions and deliver the exceptional service experience that defines the American Express brand.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Professional, you will support Business Card Members and Corporate Card Members by providing exceptional service over the phone. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Recommending products, services, and Card benefits that help Card Members maximize the value of their American Express Business Card.
  • Assisting with a variety of account servicing requests, including updating account information and processing Card replacements.
  • Responding to inquiries regarding billing and account statements by providing clear and accurate explanations.
  • On average, you will handle approximately 40–60 inbound customer interactions per day. Customer satisfaction is directly reflected in our incentive program, allowing high-quality service performance to be recognized and rewarded.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic PC proficiency, including typing skills.

Employment Details

  • Start Date: October 2026
  • Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
  • Work Schedule: Rotating shifts between 8:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m., averaging 37 hours per week (7–7.5 hours per shift).
    • Sample shifts include: 9:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m., 10:30 a.m.–7:00 p.m., and 1:30 p.m.–10:00 p.m. (subject to business needs).
    • During the training period, employees work weekday schedules. Upon completion of training, shifts include weekends and public holidays.
    • Overtime is minimal, averaging fewer than 10 hours per month.
