About the role:

We're looking for a Customer Support Consultant to join our dynamic, multicultural team — someone who shares our passion for solving problems and building strong relationships with our reselling partners and end-users worldwide.

Areas of responsibility:

• Provide excellent, efficient technical support on 3Shape hardware (3D scanners) and software — via online sessions, phone, email, and occasional on-site events
• Manage support cases: gather all relevant information from customers according to company procedures, and record it in the company's CRM
• Collaborate with other departments and escalate customer feedback as needed

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• A customer-oriented approach
• Strong communication skills — the ability to ask the right questions and truly listen
• Strong verbal and written Italian (B2 level and higher)
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher (used for internal communication)
• Problem-solving and logical thinking skills
• A results-driven, stress-resistant mindset
• A genuine drive for self-development and continuous learning
• Analytical, multitasking, and empathetic skills
