About the Role
We are looking for an RMA & After Sales Representative to join our EMEA RMA & After Sales Team.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer post-shipment and quality-related claims, product returns, and after-sales inquiries. You will work closely with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure returns are processed efficiently and customer issues are resolved in a timely manner.

What You Will Do
As an RMA & After Sales Representative, you will support the end-to-end process of customer returns and after-sales activities.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Managing Return Material Authorizations (RMAs) and service requests from initiation to closure
- Coordinating product returns, replacements, repairs, and supplier-related activities
- Maintaining accurate documentation and tracking of returned products
- Ensuring returned products are restocked, scrapped, or returned to suppliers in line with company procedures
- Providing after-sales support and updates to customers regarding the status of their cases
- Monitoring open RMA and service request backlogs and driving timely resolution
- Investigating shipment and quality-related claims and supporting root cause analysis
- Cooperating with supplier returns teams to expedite returns and support failure analysis activities
- Working closely with Sales, Asset, Warehouse, Finance, and Supplier teams to resolve issues and improve processes
- Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
- Maintaining clear and professional communication with customers and internal stakeholders
Who You Are
You are customer-focused, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You enjoy solving problems, working cross-functionally, and taking ownership of customer issues through to resolution.
Skills & Experience Required
- English proficiency at C1 level
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Excellent customer service mindset
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service, RMA/Claims Management, After-Sales Support, or a similar role.
- Local language proficiency
