Location: work from our offices in Solothurn or Lausanne, or hybrid from anywhere in Switzerland.

To support this initiative, we are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented professional who will serve as a key point of contact for current and prospective bondholders. What you will be doing

• Act as the primary point of contact for current and prospective bondholders, providing timely and professional support.
• Guide investors through the bond subscription and onboarding process, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Respond to inquiries related to bond offerings, documentation, payments, and investor communications.
• Maintain accurate investor and customer records in Salesforce, ensuring high data quality and completeness.
• Coordinate and process investor documentation, contracts, subscriptions, and administrative requests.
• Support the preparation and distribution of investor updates, reports, and marketing communications.

Who we are looking for

• You are preferably fluent in both German and French (written and spoken), professional proficiency in English is required since you will work in an international team.
• You have experience in customer service, investor relations, client support, administration, or sales operations.
• You would be a good match if you have experience within financial services, investment products, bonds, asset management, banking, or wealth management.
• You are highly trustworthy and reliable, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• You have experience working with CRM systems, Salesforce is a plus.
• You are a good communicator and not afraid to pick up the phone.
