Join Our Client Operations team at Prism!
As a Prism Client Services Representative, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering excellence while navigating the fast-paced, ever-evolving landscape of the healthcare industry. Your work will directly enhance the client experience and ensure patients and providers receive the exceptional care and support they deserve.
A day in the life of a Client Services Representative Professional:
- Monthly phone and electronic communication with current clients for order renewals.
- Communication with physician offices to collect appropriate medical documentation.
- Accurate data entry into the company's patient management system of all critical patient demographic, insurance, medical documentation and client product orders.
- Communication with insurance entities to obtain eligibility and/or prior authorizations required for service.
- Maintaining compliance with all federal and state regulations.
- An understanding of all policies & procedures required for accreditation and Medicare/Medicaid.
