At Bostik, a global leader in adhesive solutions and part of the Arkema Group, we are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Services Representative to join our team in Türkiye.

This role is ideal for professionals who combine excellent customer service capabilities with a solid understanding of export sales operations and international trade processes.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Manage customer orders from order entry through delivery, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

✅ Coordinate export sales operations, including:

• Export invoicing
• Customs documentation and compliance
• Shipping and logistics coordination
• Banking operations related to export transactions (Letters of Credit, collections, payment follow-up, etc.)

✅ Act as the key point of contact between customers, sales teams, logistics providers, and internal stakeholders.

✅ Monitor order fulfillment, respond to customer inquiries, and proactively resolve potential issues.

✅ Ensure compliance with company procedures and international trade regulations.

What We're Looking For

🔹 Experience in Customer Service, Sales Support, or Export Operations

🔹 Good knowledge of export procedures, customs regulations, and international trade documentation

🔹 Familiarity with banking processes related to export transactions

🔹 Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills

🔹 A customer-oriented mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

🔹 Proficiency in English (written and spoken) - Russian is plus

🔹 Experience with ERP systems is an advantage
