We are looking for a Global Customer Service Operation Specialist to join the Zoomlion family at our Istanbul (Büyükçekmece) office.

Global Customer Service Operation Specialist

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain efficient, customer-oriented global customer service processes.
• Handle inbound customer inquiries, sales leads, and service requests from global customers through various communication channels.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer requests and operational issues.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback, providing valuable insights to support product optimization and service improvements.
• Support daily operational activities, documentation, and process management to ensure smooth business operations.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all operational activities comply with company policies and applicable international regulations.
• Assist management with assigned projects and administrative tasks when required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional proficiency in English is mandatory.
• Chinese language skills will be considered a strong advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
• Well-organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Team player with a strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
• No travel restrictions.
