Customer Service Representative

What You'll Do

• Manage incoming cases to our customer support via phone, chat, and email
• Office Manager responsibilities, ensuring a well-organized workspace
• Proactively help customers by analyzing customer transactions
• Track customer health metrics
• Be the voice of the customer; bring real customer insights to the product development team
• Make our customers our super-ambassadors
• Make a real impact by challenging the status quo

You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, with one goal: to keep our customer base happy while expanding. Your personal drive, people skills and diligence is what will make a difference. You are laser-focused, executional and a team player. No issue is too small or too big - you’ll do whatever it takes to find a solution.

Qualifications

• You must be fluent in Swedish and English (written and spoken)
• Proficiency in Norwegian and/or Finnish is a plus
• Background in customer service or administrative work, ideally with phone and email communication
