Role Overview:

• Handle customer inquiries via calls, email, chat, and messaging channels.
• Resolve customer issues, provide accurate information, and ensure a positive service experience.
• Escalate urgent or complex cases to the relevant teams when necessary.
• Stay updated on products, processes, and customer service guidelines to deliver effective support

What You Need:

• Proficiency in English (Above B2) both written and spoken.
• Six months of experience in customer service. Fresh Graduates are wellcome to apply!
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
• Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable with a night shift schedule.
• Availability to work 5 days per week.
• Located in or willing to move to Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
