[CONCENTRIX VIETNAM] WE ARE HIRING: CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE – HOME APPLIANCES (NIGHT SHIFT)

📍 Work Location: Tech Valley - Lot 46, Quang Trung Software City, Tan Chanh Hiep Ward, District 12, Ho Chi Minh City.

💻 SCOPE OF WORK

• Omnichannel Support: Handle customer inquiries via calls, email, chat, and messaging channels.
• Issue Resolution: Resolve customer issues, provide accurate information, and ensure a positive service experience.
• Escalation Management: Escalate urgent or complex cases to the relevant teams when necessary.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on products, processes, and customer service guidelines to deliver effective support.

⏰ WORK SCHEDULE

• Working Days: 5 working days/week (40 hours/week).
• Days Off: Fixed off on Sunday and 01 additional rotating day off per week.
• Actual Working Shift: 9-hour shift (7.5 working hours + 1-hour meal break + 30-minute utility breaks).
• Example: 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM
• Shift assignment is determined by the Team Leader/Line Manager.
• Project Operating Hours:
• Mon-Fri: 7:30 PM – 7:30 AM
• Sat: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM

🎯 REQUIREMENTS

• Education: High School or above
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English
• Can work nightshift
