In this role, you will play a pivotal role in activating customers via phone calls and providing exceptional customer service via WhatsApp, ensuring a smooth experience and matching their financial needs with our technological services.

What You'll Be Doing:

Proactive Engagement: Conduct financial compatibility assessments with clients and lead activation initiatives for inactive users.

Customer Support: Provide prompt, accurate, and professional support via phone, written channels (WhatsApp/Mail), and Zoom meetings.

Inquiry Routing: Direct complex customer requests to the right internal teams and follow up until fully resolved.

Onboarding & Data Collection: Collect personal and financial documentation (e.g., powers of attorney) efficiently and accurately.

Requirements:

Top-Tier Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain complex financial/technical concepts clearly.

Multitasking & Digital Agility: Strong digital skills to navigate internal systems while managing a high volume of client chats simultaneously.
