• You not only ensure satisfied, but also enthusiastic guests
• You are available to the guests as a contact person for all matters

Qualifications

Your personality counts more than your CV...

• Apprenticeship in the hotel industry is beneficial
• First experiences at the reception are desirable
• Communication with guests is exactly your thing
• Referably you already have the necessary know-how to give real Hamburg insider tips
• You have the ability to inspire not only guests but also colleagues
