We are currently seeking a Switchboard Operator to join our team. Option for remote hybrid work model with 1-2 days per week in the office available after completion of probationary period. What You’ll Do

• Deliver outstanding, professional, and courteous service to customers over the phone.
• Handle incoming calls by identifying caller needs and efficiently routing them to the appropriate person or department.
• Available to work various shifts between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday (5 shifts per week).
• Work remotely, with the expectation to be in the office 1–2 days per week, and attend onsite training and occasional in-office meetings as required.

• Have a basic knowledge of computers and data entry
