About Our Client

Serving since 1967, locally owned and operated. We specialize in the cleanup and restoration of residential and commercial property after a water, fire or smoke damage. We also mitigate mold and mildew from your home or business.

We're looking for a Customer Service / Billing to support the following activities:

• Create and process customer invoices
• Manage and follow up on outstanding accounts receivable and customer payments.
• Answer incoming calls in a professional and customer-focused manner.
• Maintain detailed call logs and document customer interactions and requests accurately.
• Follow up with customers throughout the job process, providing updates and addressing questions or concerns.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate customer and field team schedules.
• Review new and open job files to ensure required information, photos, documentation, and customer details are complete.
• Follow up on missing information and coordinate with Project Managers
• Monitor job files from initial intake through completion and payment.

Regular schedule: 9:00 - 18:00 CST

Daylight savings: 8:00 - 17:00 CSTThis position is remote, but you'll be required to visit our offices in CDMX or GDL on the first day (expenses are covered by yourself).
