Manufacturing Customer Service

This is a direct hire opportunity due to company growth. After successful onboarding and training, employees have the opportunity to work remotely 1 to 2 days per week.

Description

• Ensure order accuracy and provide excellent customer service.
• Gather and review shipping documentation.
• Obtain freight quotes and arrange shipments.
• Coordinate order dispatches with warehouse teams.
• Work with customers to manage shipping requirements and timelines.
• Collaborate with Sales and Account Management teams.
• Maintain strong relationships with freight forwarders and logistics partners.

Qualifications

• Experience in shipping and logistics.
• SAP and/or ERP system experience.
• Experience working with freight forwarding companies.
• Strong customer service background.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

• $60,000 to $70,000 annual salary.
