About Our Agency

Since opening the agency in 2014, we've built a close-knit team of four professionals dedicated to helping customers make informed decisions and feel confident about protecting their future. Before becoming an agent, I spent four years as an aspirant preparing to open my own agency and worked in real estate prior to that experience. Those roles taught me the importance of building trust, providing guidance, and always putting the customer's needs first.

As someone who was born and raised in this area, serving the local community is especially meaningful to me. I attended Clemson University and, fun fact, have an identical twin brother. Being deeply connected to the community helps me understand the needs of the people and families we serve every day.

Role Description

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with David George - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Compensation: $30,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
