What You’ll Do
- Reviews and analyzes work related to Personal Lines policies through various channels that includes USPS, e-mail, fax, Lockbox exceptions, and others.
- Verifies policyholder information is complete and criteria are met for processing.
- Compares manual-entry and pre-filled data with source documents to eliminate errors.
- Correspond with policyholders and/or jewelers via omnichannel (telephone, email, chat and SMS) to obtain information or inform them of policy status or changes.
- Utilize the Truepic photo verification platform when requesting additional information from policyholders.
- Staying updated with knowledge of all required policies and procedures, systems, and services.
- Excels in accuracy and quality and views these skills as critical to the success of ongoing relationships with our customers and coworkers.
- Embraces change, leads by example, maintains a positive work environment and ongoing learning culture.
- Report to work at scheduled time with reliable and predictable attendance.

What You’ll Bring
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- 3 months to 1 year of customer service experience
- Property/casualty insurance background and jewelry industry experience
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Occasionally required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or touch objects or controls; and talk or hear.
