Customer Service Representative — P&C Licensed | Sykes Agency (Allstate Insurance)

Location: Crossroads, TX area | Remote-Flexible | Full-Time

Pay: $50,000 - $100,000 per year (base + bonuses)

$1,000 Sign-On Bonus

🧠 What You'll Do

• Serve as the go-to point of contact for our policyholders — answering questions, processing changes, and handling day-to-day service needs

• Review coverage, process payments, and help clients understand their policies

• Build real relationships with clients so they stick around and refer their friends

• Work alongside a team that actually enjoys coming to work

🎯 What We're Looking For

• Active P&C (Property & Casualty) License — required

• 1+ years of insurance customer service or sales experience

• Allstate experience is a plus, but we're glad to talk with candidates from any carrier

• Calm under pressure, outgoing personality, detail-oriented, and genuinely likes helping people

• Self-motivated — we don't hover, so you've got to be someone who doesn't need hovering
