Knowledge And Skills
Experience One to three years of similar or related experience.
Education A high school education or GED.
Communication Work involves much personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization for the purpose of first-level conflict resolution, building relationships, and soliciting cooperation. Discussions involve a higher degree of confidentiality and discretion, requiring diplomacy and tact in communication.
Other Skills Ability to operate general office equipment such as computers, calculators, copiers, scanners, and possess computer keyboard skills. Knowledgeable with creating, maintaining, and updating Excel spreadsheets. Must have excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Physical requirements Sedentary work: must be able to sit for long periods of time in a day (up to 9 hours), possess hand, wrist, and finger dexterity to use keyboard, phone and calculator in a repetitive manner throughout your scheduled time, and the ability to view a computer monitor throughout your scheduled time
Availability Must be available to work from 7:30 a.m. through 7:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, with some Saturdays and have a flexible schedule. May be required to work at other branches and have the ability to travel to those branches.
