Role Description The Call Center Representative role at Be You Clinic is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to client inquiries, and providing detailed information about clinic services and appointments. The representative will schedule and confirm bookings, update client records, and ensure accurate documentation in clinic systems. Daily responsibilities include resolving concerns, directing calls to appropriate team members, and maintaining a professional and empathetic communication style. The role also requires collaborating with the front desk and clinical staff to support smooth client experiences and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong customer service and customer support skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Candidates should possess excellent interpersonal skills and clear, professional communication abilities.
• Candidates should possess solid computer literacy, including experience with call center software, CRM systems, or scheduling tools.
• Previous experience as a call center representative or in a client-facing role within aesthetic clinic
• Ability to manage high call volumes, multitask, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in Arabic is required; knowledge of additional languages commonly spoken in Dubai is an advantage.
