What You'll Be Doing:

• As a vital member of our Contact Center team, you’ll:
• Be the go-to expert answering inbound calls, taking orders, and providing all the info our customers crave about Boutiqaat amazing products and services.
• Resolve issues and handle complaints with empathy and professionalism, ensuring every customer feels valued.
• Make outbound calls to gather feedback and survey data, helping us grow and improve.
• Maintain accurate records, update customer profiles, and keep information secure—all while juggling multiple tasks like a pro.
• Promote our latest offers and upsell services that fit each customer’s unique needs.
• Follow procedures and policies to ensure smooth and consistent service every time.
• Commit to ongoing training and growth, expanding your skills alongside a supportive team.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Bachelor’s degree (business management preferred but not required)
• 1-2 years’ experience in customer service or a contact center environment
• Solid knowledge of Boutiqaat products—or a passion to learn fast!
• Fluent in English and Arabic, with excellent listening, speaking, and writing skills
• Strong multitasking and time management abilities
• Calm and professional approach to handling stressful situations
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office and eager to learn call center software
• A genuine desire to help customers and uphold Boutiqaat reputation for excellence
