We are currently hiring a Slovak-speaking Customer Support Representative for our prestigious international client in the hospitality sector.

This opportunity is designed for new entrants to the job market. No prior experience is required, as you will receive structured and fully paid training.

Key Responsibilities

Provide customer support in Slovak via phone, email, and chat

Assist customers with reservations, booking changes, and general inquiries

Deliver accurate, professional, and customer-focused solutions

Maintain high service standards and customer satisfaction

Document interactions correctly in internal systems

Follow internal procedures and quality guidelines

Candidate Profile

Fluent Slovak (C1 level)

English at B2 level

Strong communication skills

Basic computer literacy

Positive and service-oriented mindset

Willingness to relocate to Greece

Flexibility to work in shifts if required

No previous customer service experience is required. The paid training program will provide all necessary knowledge and tools to perform successfully.
