Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties
In your capacity as a Virtual Travel Coordinator, your daily activities will focus on:
- Multi-Channel Engagement: Managing inbound customer communications across phone, email, and live chat channels with flawless professionalism in both Dutch and English.

Language Requirements
- Dutch: C2-level (fluent) command to deliver superior client interactions.
- English: B2-level proficiency (Upper-Intermediate) or higher for operational systems, training programs, and internal communication.
- Work Authorization: Unlimited legal right to reside and be employed in Greece.
