Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Help customers book, amend, or cancel flights, hotels, transport services, and travel experiences.
• Provide accurate information about travel itineraries, airline and accommodation policies, baggage rules, and refund procedures.
• Support customers with payment-related questions, account management, and loyalty program requests.
• Resolve travel disruptions, including delays, cancellations, and missed connections, escalating complex cases when required.
• Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and case resolutions using internal systems.
• Collaborate with internal departments and travel partners to deliver timely and effective customer support.
• Meet customer service KPIs, quality standards, and response-time targets.
• Continuously expand your knowledge of travel products, company policies, destinations, and digital tools through ongoing training and development.

Requirements:

• Language Skills: Fluent in German (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Greek residency card
• Skills: Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities
