Role Overview:

As a Travel Customer Agent, you’ll support customers throughout their entire travel journey. You’ll handle bookings, answer travel-related questions, and resolve issues through chat, email, and other digital channels, making sure every customer receives efficient and reliable assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly, professional, and timely support through chat, email, and other digital channels.
• Assist customers with booking, changing, or cancelling flights, hotels, transportation, and other travel services.
• Provide clear and accurate information about itineraries, travel policies, baggage, refunds, and other travel-related topics.
• Support customers with payment issues, account-related requests, and loyalty programs.
• Handle travel disruptions such as delays, cancellations, and missed connections, escalating complex cases when necessary.
• Accurately record customer interactions and resolutions in internal systems.
• Work closely with internal teams and external travel partners to find effective solutions.
• Achieve targets related to customer satisfaction, service quality, productivity, and response times.
• Keep up to date with travel products, destinations, company policies, industry developments, and new digital tools through ongoing training.

Requirements:

• Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Greek residency card
• Skills: Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities
• Mindset: Professional, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in the Travel field
