Travel Coordinator at BairesDev

As a Travel Coordinator, you will support travel arrangements for our clients and employees, helping navigate diverse cultures, time zones, and travel requirements. Your day-to-day tasks will vary, ranging from supporting flight and accommodation bookings to helping coordinate transportation and itineraries. You'll work with stakeholders across the company to build professional relationships.

What You'll Do

• Help research, arrange, and coordinate travel, transportation, accommodation, and other services according to requirements and budget.
• Support cost projections and expense report processes.
• Help identify opportunities for savings and efficiency in travel processes.
• Support awareness of travel rules and regulations, including passport and visa requirements.
• Help coordinate visa processes, flights, and housing arrangements.
• Support documentation of processes and contribute improvement suggestions.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience in travel coordination or planning.
• Good level of English.
