HIRING REMOTE PHARMACY TECHNICIANS — FLORIDA

Are you a Florida-licensed Pharmacy Technician with strong customer service skills and a passion for helping patients? We’re looking for experienced and compassionate Pharmacy Technicians to join our remote team!

Pay & Location:

• $21/hour
• 100% Remote
• Must reside in Florida
• Start Date: First week of September

What You'll Do:

As a Pharmacy Technician, you’ll serve as an important point of contact for patients and healthcare providers. Responsibilities include:

• Handle front-end pharmacy processing
• Assist patients and providers by phone
• Resolve questions, concerns, and account issues
• Research and resolve problems efficiently
• Handle escalated calls and situations with professionalism
• Provide empathetic, patient-focused service

What We're Looking For:

• Currently licensed as a Pharmacy Technician in Florida
• Certification is not required
• Experienced in pharmacy, healthcare, or a related customer-facing environment
• Comfortable handling a high volume of phone interactions
• Strong problem-solver with excellent attention to detail
• Empathetic, patient, and professional
• Confident de-escalating difficult or sensitive situations
• Able to communicate effectively with both patients and healthcare providers
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
