The Remote Help Desk Agent provides first-level technical assistance for employees or customers experiencing routine technology issues. This entry-level, full-time remote position is suited to a patient problem-solver who can troubleshoot common issues and communicate technical instructions clearly.

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

• Respond to incoming technical support requests.

• Assist users with common software, hardware, login, and connectivity concerns.

• Perform basic troubleshooting using approved procedures.

• Create and maintain detailed support tickets.

• Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions.

• Provide clear instructions for resolving routine technical issues.

• Monitor assigned tickets and complete required follow-ups.

• Escalate issues requiring specialized technical support.

• Communicate ticket status and next steps to users.

• Maintain accurate technical support records.

• Follow service desk procedures and applicable security practices.
