What You Will Do

• Master our live channels: Dive into the action via phone and chat, engaging directly with our customer.
• Become the ultimate expert: You’ll handle a dynamic variety of inquiries - from product details to shipping, payments, and exciting promotions. No two chats are ever the same!
• Deliver instant magic & take ownership: "Rapid Resolution" isn't just a name; it’s our mission. You’ll take full ownership of customer challenges, proactively hunting down solutions and ensuring a seamless, stress-free experience from the moment they order to the second it hits their doorstep.

YOUR PROFILE

• You are fluent in Swedish.
• You are also fluent in English which is our corporate language.
• You genuinely love communicating and take pride in expressing yourself clearly and engagingly, both in speech and writing.
• You thrive under pressure, bringing a calm, resourceful energy to fast-paced situations to deliver quick, precise, and personalised solutions.
• You have a knack for creating genuine, meaningful connections with both your teammates and our customers, consistently going above and beyond to make people feel valued.
• You already know what it takes to deliver great experiences, so previous background in the service or hospitality industry is highly valued.

• Your journey will begin with a comprehensive, structured training program designed to equip you with all the tools, knowledge, and confidence you need to crush your goals from day one.
• You will join a big international team where we support and learn from each other, but most important of all – we have fun while doing so.
• Full-time employment starting with a 3 month probation period.
• Working hours for the team is based on a rotating schedule of either 8:00-16:00 or 10:00-18:00, Monday through Friday.
• The start date will be 1st of October.
• This is an on-site position. You will be working from our amazing headquarters in the heart of Copenhagen.

Selected candidates will be invited to an on-site recruitment event during Week 37 at our Copenhagen HQ. You’ll tour the office, meet the team, and participate in interactive group activities to see if we're a mutual fit. Attending this on-site event in Copenhagen is a required step in our hiring process.
