About The Role

Our respected client, a leading international organization operating in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment, is currently seeking Danish-speaking Customer Service Agents to join their growing team. This is an entry-level position, ideal for candidates looking to start or develop a career in customer support within an international setting.

The role is remote, however candidates must relocate and reside in Greece, as per operational and contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and/or chat in Danish
• Provide accurate, timely, and professional support regarding products and services
• Resolve customer issues efficiently while ensuring high satisfaction levels
• Document interactions and update customer records using internal systems
• Follow company policies, quality standards, and data protection guidelines
• Escalate complex cases to relevant internal departments when necessary

Candidate Profile

• Native or fluent Danish speaker
• Good command of English (Level B2)
• No previous customer service experience required (training provided)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail
• Basic computer literacy and ability to work with multiple systems
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and work remotely from there
