Remote Vacation Planning Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Remote Vacation Planning Specialist to assist clients with researching, organizing, and coordinating vacation plans. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys travel, communicating with people, researching destinations, and helping clients navigate their vacation options.

The Remote Vacation Planning Specialist will work with clients to understand their travel preferences, needs, and budgets while helping coordinate travel arrangements and providing professional support throughout the planning process.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to understand their vacation preferences, needs, and travel goals
• Research destinations, accommodations, cruises, resorts, transportation, activities, and other travel options
• Assist with coordinating travel arrangements and maintaining accurate reservation and client information
• Provide timely updates and professional communication throughout the vacation planning process
• Research travel policies, destination requirements, and relevant travel information
• Organize client details and manage multiple travel-related tasks while meeting established deadlines
• Provide a high level of customer service and support before and after travel
  

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Strong customer service skills and a professional communication style
• Basic computer skills are required, including the ability to use email, web browsers, online systems, and standard digital applications
• Comfortable researching information and navigating multiple websites and online tools
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow established procedures
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Reliable computer and internet access
• Previous customer service, travel, hospitality, or related experience is helpful but not required
