Role Description

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative for a part-time, remote position. This role entails assisting clients with their insurance needs by processing policy changes, handling claims inquiries, and ensuring accurate documentation. You will provide outstanding customer support by addressing client concerns, maintaining strong relationships, and resolving issues efficiently. Collaboration with insurance carriers and internal teams is also an integral part of the role.

Qualifications

• Possess strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction to provide top-notch service.
• Proficient in managing and enhancing Customer Experience, ensuring every interaction exceeds client expectations.
• Ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships with a focus on empathy and problem-solving.
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Familiarity with insurance policies and product knowledge is required
• Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools and general office software.
• High school diploma required; SC property and casualty insurance license is required.
