The Role

Are you a customer-focused individual that enjoys helping others? Do you have a heart for ministry and passion for helping others? If so, be sure to apply. We are seeking a full-time Ministry Services Representative. This role is more than support; it’s ministry in action. This role is responsible for ensuring a remarkable customer experience with products and services. In a nutshell, this position is responsible for providing assistance, troubleshooting and training through phone, email and live chat. You’ll also work with our sales team to connect customers with the right products and services, and contribute feedback to improve our ministry tools. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-centric, self-directed, excellent at troubleshooting and able to excel in a fast-paced environment. This is a Monday through Friday, 8: am to 5:00 pm.
