About Our Client:

This is a fully remote role for our US-based client. They are growing quickly and are leaders in the industry. In this position, you will be directly supporting their clients' daily business operations and enabling their success.

Responsibilities

• Deliver superior customer service to our teams, customers and stakeholders
• Communicate with vendors to ensure accurate & timely fulfillment activities
• Process/enter orders
• Invoice orders once shipped
• Resolve issues/inquiries delegated by internal teams or from clients (e.g., delivery error)
• Maintain accurate inventory levels for assigned accounts within ERP system
• Ensure compliance with state regulatory requirements
• Work closely with other departments to complete cross-functional tasks
• Manage a shared email box with team

Requirements

Proven experience in data entry and/or customer service

• Demonstrated success in delivering results and proactively overcoming obstacles
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
• Committed to being a team player
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, Excel)
• Familiarity working in an ERP system
• High level of attention to detail
• An exhibited passion for customer service

Compensation in USD: $1,000 to $2,000 per month. Please note that the final salary offer may vary based on the candidate’s seniority, specific skill set, and performance throughout the evaluation and interview process.
