Requirements For The Role
- High School diploma or equivalent required. Veterinary-based customer service experience prioritized. Familiarity with EzyVet preferred.
- Basic knowledge of veterinary environment, terminology, and protocols required, with the ability to work with or around sick animals, potentially hazardous materials, cleaning chemicals, gas anesthetics, zoonotic diseases, and unpleasant odors. Experience with multi-line telephone systems, and proficient computer skills required.
- Attention to detail alongside excellent verbal and written communication skills with both clients and team members required.
- Fluent English skills (speaking & reading) are required for the role; fluency in multiple languages a plus.
