What You’ll Be Doing

• Meet virtually with members to review available programs and services
• Answer questions and provide straightforward explanations of coverage options
• Identify each member’s individual needs and help them understand suitable solutions
• Assist with applications, documentation, and enrollment procedures
• Follow up with members and provide continued support when needed
• Maintain accurate and organized client information
• Deliver dependable and professional service throughout every interaction

• Individuals who are comfortable communicating and working with people
• Strong listening, communication, and interpersonal abilities
• Dependable and capable of managing a schedule independently
• Organized with good attention to detail
• Willing to learn and receptive to feedback and coaching
• Motivated by goals and opportunities to progress
• Able to contribute to a collaborative team while working remotely
• Previous customer service, sales, or client-facing experience is an advantage but not necessary
