Farmer Care Executive
Indexed description
You are the first person a farmer talks to when something has gone wrong — a pilot who has not arrived, a payment that looks wrong, a field that was not fully covered. You listen, you get the facts, you put it in front of the people who can fix it, and you keep the farmer informed until it is closed. The day shift runs from eight to eight, because that is when farmers are in their fields.
Key responsibilities
- Answer calls and messages within fifteen minutes, and capture the real detail — station, pilot, field, what actually happened
- Resolve the common cases from the playbook, and escalate the rest without delay
- Keep the farmer updated while an issue is open, rather than waiting until it closes
- Log every contact accurately, so the daily digest to the Founder is true
- Bring back the patterns you hear — the same complaint three times is a defect, not three calls
- Never hand a grievance to an automated answer
- One to five years in customer support or a customer-facing role — or the communication skill and willingness to learn it here
- Fluent Tamil in speech, reading and writing. This is the seat, not a preference
- Patient and clear on the phone with someone who is under pressure
- Accurate under volume — the log is what everyone else relies on
- Training from a lead who is building the function around you
- Real growth: the team grows with the network, and the first executives lead the next ones
- Fill in the short form on this page.
- We read it ourselves. Every application is read.
- If we want to meet you, we call you.
