ONSITE – Chesapeake, VA
Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM EST
Pay: $15/hour (training) → $16/hour (after training is complete) - please note this rate may be below your state’s minimum wage. Consider this when applying.
Training Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Production Schedule: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

About The Role
As a Benefits Call Center Representative, you will support customers by answering incoming calls and helping them understand their employee benefits. Calls may include questions related to healthcare, retirement, and additional employee perks.
You will manage a steady volume of calls while navigating multiple systems, actively listening, and providing clear, accurate information. Your ability to communicate effectively and deliver strong customer service will help create a positive experience for every caller.
Requirements
We’re looking for team members who have a passion for customer service, natural empathy, and the ability to provide effective solutions. To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Previous customer service and/or call center experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong typing and keyboarding skills
- Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems
- Strong problem-solving skills
- High school diploma, GED, or college degree
- Experience with healthcare or employer benefits (highly preferred)
- Ability to successfully complete a paid training program
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers with benefit-related inquiries
- Provide clear explanations of healthcare, retirement, and other benefit options
- Navigate multiple systems while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions
- Meet performance, quality, and attendance standards
- Follow all company policies and procedures
