Role Overview

Signal Travel & Tours, Inc. is seeking a Reservations Specialist to support leisure and corporate travel, trip planning, bookings, tours, payments, customer service, and travel operations. In day-to-day work, you will book, confirm, modify, and document travel reservations accurately. This opening is full time, 100% remote, and open to candidates based in Orlando, Florida.

Salary: $47,500 - $55,000 per year

Your Day-to-Day

• Create reservations using approved booking, supplier, or travel-management systems in the Reservations Specialist role at Signal Travel & Tours, Inc.
• Verify traveler names, dates, routes, room or fare details, pricing, and required information before confirmation as part of the Reservations Specialist role at Signal Travel & Tours, Inc.
• Send confirmations, itinerary details, payment or deadline information, and relevant service instructions across travel booking and customer service in this Reservations Specialist position.
• Process approved changes, cancellations, rebookings, or schedule updates and document all changes for the Signal Travel & Tours, Inc. team as part of Reservations Specialist work.
• Coordinate routine reservation issues with suppliers, travelers, and internal travel teams while supporting travel booking and customer service in the Reservations Specialist role at Signal Travel & Tours, Inc.
• Maintain accurate booking notes, confirmation numbers, deadlines, and supporting travel records as part of day-to-day Reservations Specialist responsibilities at Signal Travel & Tours, Inc.

• Strong attention to detail, customer communication, data-entry, and organization skills for the Reservations Specialist opening at Signal Travel & Tours, Inc.
• Comfort using reservation, travel, CRM, email, spreadsheet, or supplier systems.
• Ability to verify names, dates, fares, room details, and booking restrictions accurately.
• Clear communication when explaining confirmations, changes, deadlines, or next steps.
• Reliable follow-through on open booking or supplier issues.
• A pre-employment background check is required.
