The Remote Candidate Experience Specialist helps ensure applicants receive clear, timely, and professional communication throughout the recruitment process. The role combines candidate support, recruitment coordination, scheduling, and communication.

Job Responsibilities:

• Communicate with candidates throughout hiring processes.
• Provide interview scheduling assistance.
• Answer applicant questions.
• Send recruitment updates and reminders.
• Maintain accurate candidate records.
• Coordinate with recruiters and hiring teams.
• Help improve candidate communication workflows.

Qualifications:

• Recruiting, HR, customer service, or coordination experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong empathy and professionalism.
• Organized approach to candidate management.
• Comfortable with ATS and communication tools.
• Strong attention to detail.
