Customer Service with Italian

Join our customer support team and provide support to customers through inbound and outbound interactions. You will provide information about products, services, and promotions, handle customer inquiries and support requests, and contribute to customer engagement initiatives and commercial campaigns.

Job location: Bucharest, Brasov or Iasi | Work from Office (first 6–12 months), followed by Hybrid | Rotational 8-hour shifts, Monday–Friday, scheduled between 08:00 AM and 08:00 PM Romania time.

Your mission

Handle inbound customer calls and provide support for product, service, and promotional inquiries;

Assist customers with promotional codes, new product information, and general customer support requests;

Accurately document customer interactions and case details;

Conduct outbound calls for marketing campaigns, product launches, and proactive customer engagement activities;

Support relationships with retailers and distributors through promotional and commercial initiatives.

Required Qualifications

Italian - B2 level;

English - B1 level;

High school diploma;

6 months to 3 years of experience in customer service, customer support, call center, or similar customer-facing roles;

Ability to accurately document customer interactions and case details;

Analytical thinking and customer-oriented approach.
