Main Responsibilities
- Process and manage customer orders accurately and on time through SAP, maintaining full data integrity and compliance with SOPs
- Monitor order fulfilment and coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and commercial teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries to Romanian wholesalers
- Serve as the primary point of contact for wholesale customer inquiries, handling questions related to order status, delivery schedules, and product availability
- Support quality system processes, including the management of customer complaints, coordination with the Budapest Distribution Centre, and documentation of quality events
- Contribute to S&OE activities by providing accurate operational data and insights, and assist with internal and external audit preparations
- Maintain accurate records in ERP systems and customer databases, and generate order confirmations, shipping notifications, and delivery updates
- Prepare monthly reports for the Environmental Fund and Intrastat submissions, and investigate SISO discrepancies to identify root causes
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in customer service, order management, or supply chain operations within the pharmaceutical industry
- Proven track record in managing customer relationships and ensuring end-to-end order fulfilment
- Advanced proficiency in SAP (SD module) and MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); Power BI knowledge is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across functions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Collaborative team player with strong relationship-building and facilitation skills
- Adaptable, with intercultural sensitivity and a high standard of integrity and professionalism
- Knowledge of GDP regulations and pharmaceutical distribution requirements is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Fluent Romanian
- Advanced English
