Role Description

Our travel business is growing and Maple Leaf Tours is looking for a Customer Service Representative. Now’s the time, it’s time to take your love of travel and share it.

Our team brings passion, expertise and commitment to working with our clients, providing them with a wealth of first-hand knowledge and experience from North America and beyond!

We are looking for a fellow dynamo to do just that. In this position, you’ll be providing high-level customer service in office, by phone, email, and handling the customer journey from the first point of contact to the pre/post trip.

Position Summary

Full time or part-time position. Our Wish List:

• Minimum College Diploma in Tourism, Travel, Hospitality, Sales or Similar
• Graphic Design and Marketing experience
• TICO Certification (an asset – not mandatory)
• Sales experience (travel and cruise products)
• Amazing customer service skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Sales (preferably travel and cruise products)

Must Have:

• Proficient in Microsoft Programs – Work, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, etc.
• A great sense of humour, a love of people and a genuine desire to help clients achieve their dreams of making wonderful travel memories is high on the list!
