We`re looking for a Customer Service Officer who genuinely cares about people and wants to make a positive difference in the lives of the people we serve.

Customer Service Officer (20 hours per week)

£25`000 (pro rata to 20 hours per week)

Chippenham for 12 months until relocation (to be discussed at interview)

You don`t need previous call centre experience. What matters most is compassion, great people first customer service experience and a genuine desire to help.

You`ll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping with everything from repairs, rent and payments to supporting vulnerable customers and responding appropriately to safeguarding, domestic abuse and anti-social behaviour concerns. You`ll communicate with customers by phone, email, social media and My GSA.
