As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering professional, customer-focused service while ensuring we consistently meet agreed KPIs and SLAs. You'll work closely with customers and internal teams to provide efficient solutions and contribute to a culture of collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Office Location: Shepton Mallet
Office Hours: 8am - 5:30pm
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Providing outstanding customer service across our business streams.
- Handling customer enquiries, orders, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team and business objectives.
- Meeting performance targets and service level agreements.
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
Experience is great, but your willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute to the team is what matters most.
