Location: Aveo Brisbane Corporate Office, Newstead, QLD – 5 Days On-Site
Opportunity: Permanent full-time (Monday to Friday)
Reports to: Contact Centre Team Leader
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Contact Centre Team Leader, you'll join an award-winning Customer Service team as the first point of contact for a wide range of stakeholders - from potential Aveo customers to our internal sales and marketing teams. You'll help people understand Aveo's products and services and connect them with the right expert to take the next step. This role is working Monday-Friday in our Newstead Corporate Office. Due to servicing our Aveo communities across the country, 7am availability is required. Our Customer Contact Specialists thrive in a fast-paced, vibrant and strong team culture. - Engage with a wide range of stakeholders, including prospective Aveo customers, current residents, family members or suppliers and provide exceptional customer service
- Working alongside our internal sales teams to handle prospective leads from customers
- Handle inbound sales enquiries for our Aveo communities and seamlessly transition the customer to our Sales experts
- Maintain a high quality of call performance by delivering service that reflects Aveo's values
- Keep accurate, up-to-date call records
- Respond to email, web chat and Facebook enquiries as required
- Work as part of a close-knit team to exceed KPI targets, but most importantly, contribute to a strong culture of team positivity and activities
- You don't need call-centre experience to apply - it helps, but your people skills matter more
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a genuine interest in connecting with seniors
- A fun and energetic attitude who enjoys working in a fast-paced team environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work without direct supervision.
- Proficient in Microsoft platforms, including Office, Teams and Dynamics CRM (highly regarded)
