The Opportunity
We're looking for a motivated Customer Service Officer to join our Health Services team in Northgate, QLD.
- Manage and grow customer relationships through proven strategies that drive retention, satisfaction and sales growth
- Handle customer service requests through Salesforce CRM
- Achieve first call resolution to maximise efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Process pricing queries and escalate for compliance and approval
- Investigate, log and resolve customer complaints to ensure positive outcomes
- Monitor and record inbound and outbound call and email activity
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales role
- Proven ability to manage complaints and resolve customer issues effectively
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Calm under pressure and able to handle a fast-paced environment
- Salesforce CRM experience is a bonus — not essential
- Intermediate Excel skills
