About The Role
Join Allianz Partners as a Customer Service Consultant in our Travel Helpdesk team. In this role, you’ll deliver exceptional service by managing inbound and outbound calls, supporting customers with travel-related enquiries, and ensuring timely, accurate resolutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service across phone-based interactions
- Understand customer needs and provide timely, accurate resolutions
- Promote customer satisfaction and retention
- Handle complex enquiries and complaints, escalating where required
- Provide clear and consistent information on products, services, and entitlements
- Verify customer eligibility and coordinate service delivery
- Maintain accurate call notes and incident records
- Achieve individual and team KPIs
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
- Build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
- Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and personal development
- Completion of Year 12 (or equivalent)
- Certificate III/IV in Telecommunications (advantageous)
- A strong commitment to ongoing learning and development
- Basic to intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Good typing and computer literacy skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Ability to self-manage performance in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of empathy and customer focus
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Awareness of cross-cultural communication
- Adherence to company policies and compliance requirements
- Ability to identify and escalate risks appropriately
