Eight Mile Plains | Monday–Friday| $35–$40 per hour + super

A long-term client of Core Talent is continuing to grow, and we are excited to be recruiting a third Customer Service Representative to join its established call centre team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone seeking a stable, long-term position with genuine work-life balance. 

The Role
Working within a busy and supportive customer service team, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing inbound customer calls and email enquiries
• Providing accurate information about products and services
• Processing customer requests, bookings and account updates
• Responding to questions and resolving customer concerns
• Entering and updating information accurately in company systems
• Liaising with internal departments to follow up customer requests
• Maintaining professional and positive customer relationships
• Completing general customer service and administrative tasks

About You
To be successful, you will ideally have:

• Previous customer service, call centre or administration experience
• Confident telephone and email communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accurate data-entry skills
• A positive, helpful and professional attitude
• The ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Confidence learning new systems and processes
• Flexibility to work additional hours occasionally when required
